1. Timing Is Everything: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the asset’s delivery by the verified account holder (that’s you!). Verification includes the security code provided at signup. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund—no exceptions.

2. Track It to Back It: Refund requests must be submitted via your PEO Client Portal support ticket system to ensure seamless tracking and verification. No ticket, no refund—simple as that.

3. Unused Assets Only: The refunded asset must remain unused, both now and forever. Why? A refund means the asset is deemed unusable. If it’s not usable, it cannot be repurposed, uploaded, shared, or otherwise employed in any capacity after the refund is issued.
