TERMS OF USE POLICY
This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Podcast Editing Oasis (PEO), owned and operated by 452 Impact, Inc., provides podcast production services and other related miscellaneous business/media services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Onboarding
Upon subscription, you’ll receive an onboarding form to provide necessary information, reusable assets, and goals.
2. Production Process
PEO’s team will edit your files according to your selected service package. Services may include segment integration, noise reduction, voice leveling, and video editing for applicable packages. Natural conversation flow will be prioritized, but not all filler words or mistakes may be removed.
3. Content Repurposing
If subscribed, our team will create show notes, timestamps, quotes, and related social media assets tailored to your preferences.
4. Quality Control
All deliverables undergo a thorough review to ensure they meet industry standards.
5. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround times are 2–4 business days for audio editing and show notes, and 3–4 business days for video and repurposed content. Files must be submitted on time to ensure timely delivery. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
6. Revisions
Customers can request one free revision within 8 hours of receiving completed files. Additional revisions will incur an hourly charge.
7. Work Measurement
Subscriptions are based on “raw minutes” (unedited content length). Overages beyond the subscribed limit will be charged, and unused minutes do not roll over.
8. Service Non-Transferability
Services such as audio and video editing cannot be exchanged or transferred between episodes.
9. Additional Services
One-time services for specific episodes are available upon request and will be invoiced separately.
10. Communication
Provide complete and accurate content and materials to avoid delays and ensure personalized, high-quality output.
11. Cancellation Policy
To cancel, notify PEO via email at least one business day before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused services. Customers are responsible for downloading files and redirecting RSS feeds within 30 days of cancellation.

At Podcast Editing Oasis, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re thrilled to be part of your podcasting journey and are confident you’ll love our services. But if, for any reason, we’re not the perfect fit for your needs, rest assured—we’ve got your back. Simply request a refund, and we’ll refund 100% of your money for that episode.
We believe in keeping things clear and simple. That’s why our Money-Back Guarantee comes with just three straightforward conditions:
The Fine Print (a.k.a. The Rules):
Timing Is Everything: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the asset’s delivery by the verified account holder (that’s you!). Verification includes the security code provided at signup. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund—no exceptions.
Track It to Back It: Refund requests must be submitted via your PEO Client Portal support ticket system to ensure seamless tracking and verification. No ticket, no refund—simple as that.
Unused Assets Only: The refunded asset must remain unused, both now and forever. Why? A refund means the asset is deemed unusable. If it’s not usable, it cannot be repurposed, uploaded, shared, or otherwise employed in any capacity after the refund is issued.

PEO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Libsyn, Spotify). By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
